Xerox Product Explorer

With a large, technical product range that offered numerous configurations, Xerox required a new, customer facing website that would enable both end users and sales personnel to explore their product range in a rich and engaging way, whether on a desktop computer or mobile device.

To achieve Xerox’s requirements, we developed a globally available Product Explorer that would adapt to specific regions, allowing users to explore and discover the use cases, core components, options and solutions available for each product.

The tool was designed with the assumption that the user would have no previous knowledge of Xerox’s products. And after guiding them through to a product that would best suit their requirements, it offers them the option to download a PDF of their custom product selection, specification and brochure resources, as well as links and QR codes to help them share their selection with a local dealer, who can assist them further.
